The New Smyrna Beach Fire Department is now accepting applications for certified Firefighter/Paramedic candidates. We have three positions available.
Selected qualified applicants will be required to take an Entry-Level Firefighter exam scheduled for the afternoon of October 21st or the morning of October 22nd. Top scoring candidates will be invited to agility testing and a paramedic practical scheduled for the morning of November 1st.
**Provisional consideration will be extended to Florida Paramedics in process or interested in pursuing a Fire Standards Certificate of Compliance.**
